ABOUT PETS

This home is pet free! 
However, after careful consideration, all new applicates will be screened allowing pets. An additional, non-refundable pet deposit of $500.00 will apply.  Monthly pet rent is $25.00 per pet, per month.  Young pets are not included in this price.  Unfortunately, there are certain breeds that are not allowed due to home insurance policy rules beyond owners' control.
